ENROLLMENT:
When a student enrolls in a class, he/she is enrolled for the full school year. A student may withdraw with a two week written notice.

REGISTRATION:
All students must complete a registrations form, and pay an annual membership fee. The membership fee is non-refundable, and runs through the end of the summer program of that calendar year.

DISCOUNTS:
When more than one family member takes classes at the World of Kids, only the first child pays full tuition. A 10% discount applies to all other family member's tuition(s). A $5.00 discount applies to the registration fee of the second and third child.

OBSERVATION OF CLASS:
For you convenience, you may observe your child's class from the Parents' Observation Room. There will be designated "Parent's Observation Days" when parents are invited to come in the gym and observe a class.

MAKE-UP CLASSES:
This privilege of make-up Saturday is one per 12 week period. Sign-up is required to ensure proper student-to-instructor ratio. There will not be a reduction in fees for absences.

INFLATABLE RENTALS:
Members will receive a 10% discount on inflatable rentals.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES:
WORLD OF CHEER invites all participants to have a birthday celebration at our gymnastics facility. The party is hosted by a trained gymnastics instructor. Members will receive a 10% discount.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Please call our office to find out if classes are cancelled due to inclement weather. We do not follow any particular school system since weather conditions can vary greatly from one area to another.

WITHDRAWAL:
A written notice is required two weeks prior to stopping a class.

ATTIRE FOR CLASS:
Cheerleading: All students should dress appropriately in clothes that allow the student to move freely with out restraint. Tennis shoes or cheerleading shoes must be worn at all times while attending class. Hair must be pulled back away from face and neck.
